Benefit Concert - 7/8/08

YES Announces Partnership with The Moyer Foundation and Robert Vasen Foundation
Youth Eastside Services (YES) officially announced the joint partnership between itself, The Moyer Foundation and the Robert Vasen Foundation.  These three organizations have joined together to create a comprehensive set of services for youth affected by drug or alcohol abuse in the home.  The Robert Vasen Foundation in honored to work with these two leading organizations on a program that will provide much needed support to very deserving youth.  Full press release.

Children's Hospital Ceremony - 2/14/08
Seattle Children's Hospital held a ceremony today in honor of the Robert J. Vasen Endowment for Pediatric Integrative Medicine.  With the first disbursement from this endowment, Children's has purchased 10 biofeedback machines to assist young patients with pain management.  All machines have been inscribed with Robert's name and quote.  More information and pictures.

Grant Applications Now Available
Young Social Entrepreneur Grant applications are now available via the Initiatives page.  These grants will be awarded to youth who are seeking support for high impact community projects.
